Successful IMC / IR(R) exam!

Huge congratulations to our student Tom who successfully passed his IMC flight test today!Tom completed his PPL training with Redhill Aviation in 2015 and since then has been gaining experience. He first started his IMC training in 2016 but decided to put his training on hold due to other commitments. Tom recently recommenced his IMC training in our PA28 Archer G-BPTE. Successful Qualifying Cross Country Flight!

First Solo Navigation Flight – aged 17!

Congratulations to our 17 year old student George, who successfully completed his first solo navigation exercise today!Following an extensive briefing with his instructor Rod, George took to the skies in our Cessna 152 G-BOYL (affectionately known as Susan!). Le Touquet airport is around an hour's flight away from Redhill and staff there welcome visiting British pilots. Successful PPL Skills Test Pass!

Three cheers to our student Tom who passed his PPL Skills Test on the first attempt today!Tom started flying with us in August last year and today flew with our in-house examiner, Tuhin. Although a chilly April day (which started with a frost) there was plenty of sunshine and conditions were great for Tom's test in our Cessna 152, G-BGFX.Congratulations Captain!

BOSO is back!!!

We are delighted to announce the return of "BOSO", our trusty little Cessna 152 Aerobat!Club favourite G-BOSO has been away for an extensive refurbishment, including plush new leather seating, new carpets, a new nav/com radio and a smart new paint scheme. It also has a brand new engine as well as a new propeller so while the engine is run-in, it won't be used for aerobatics just yet. However we are sure it won't be long before BOSO will be back to barrel rolls over Bewl Water.....
