Looking to obtain UK CAA FI rating? We’re looking for full time PPL or CPL holders to sponsor through our flight instructor course and join our team instructing either here at Redhill or our satellite in Shoreham.

Our flight operation team are key to the daily running of the flight school, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible. The role involves; managing the schedule, bookings, maintenance, student progress and enquiries. Essential skills which will be developed in the role will include problem solving, workload management and customer service.

The position is full time which is 4 days a week in summer and 5 days a week in winter.
