First LAPL pass of 2017!

Huge congratulations to our student Ed who successfully passed his LAPL skills test today!

Ed is a student at Cambridge University and is clearly passionate about aviation – he has already written two books!

Finding time between his studies, Ed completed his LAPL flight training in just under 45 hours and took his test with our in-house examiner Laurance in one of our C152s, G-BMUO. The weather was bright and sunny, although the high pressure caused an inversion layer making flight conditions quite hazy.
