"Dengineers" Phillip's First Take Off!

Earlier this summer, we were delighted to welcome back 12 year old Phillip and his family, of CBBC's "Dengineers" fame.

Phillip had returned for his second lesson with Redhill Aviation and was delighted to be given the opportunity to perform his first ever take-off! Phillip recorded the big event on video as part of the follow-up filming that the BBC carried out at Redhill Aviation and the Pilot's Hub café earlier this summer. Phillip's follow-up episode is due to air next month and will include footage of our very own instructor Laurance being interviewed, so watch this space! In the meantime, Phillip has used the video footage he has created as part of a school homework project where the children were asked to edit a film, add music and upload it to YouTube.
